Villa (Pizza - 2) (2013)

Jebin (Ashok Selvan) is a budding writer in search of a publisher for his maiden novel. He does not have a very cordial relationship with his father (Nasser). After Nasser passes away, Jebin finds himself in financial difficulties and is on the verge of losing all his property.

Unexpectedly, Jebin discovers that he is the owner of a posh Villa in Bheemili. He goes to Bheemili to take charge of the property and some good things happen as soon as he moves in. Jebin gives up all plans of selling the villa and decides to live there, much to the delight of his girlfriend Aarthi (Sanchita Shetty).

However, Jebin comes across a barricaded room in the villa that contains strange paintings. After that, evil things start happening around the house. People associated with the house start getting affected.

What is in those painting? What is causing the evil things to happen? That is the story of ‘Villa (Pizza 2)’.

Teluguabbai (2013)

Arun (Tanish) and Bulan (Remya Nambeesan) are childhood friends. Arun is in love with a model Megha (Tashu Kaushik) and Bulan shares a nice rapport with both of them. Whenever the couple have tiffs, misunderstandings, Bulan sees to it that they patch up immediately and wants their relationship to work out. 

The director shows clarity in portraying Arun's character. He is forever wallowing in self pity, is an attention seeker and a real sissy, the reason is his mother has an extra-marital relationship and he feels lost and alone. Megha has apparently put up with him for 3 years but she too is exasperated with Arun's behaviour and tells him that she needs a baby sitter and not a girlfriend. Irritated with this possessive and obsessive boyfriend, she decides to marry her boss and moves to India.

Meanwhile Bulan takes Megha's place, the friends turn lovers and Megha returns. Obviously Bulan is hurt, humiliated as Arun's attention deviates. Whom does Arun marry finally, a friend or his ex-lover?

Kalavaramaye Madhilo (2009)

Kalavaramaayae Madhilo is the story of Shreya (Colors Swathi) and how she aspires to fulfil her lifetime ambition of singing for music composer A.R. Rehman. Shreya is a charming girl who on the surface seems to have everything.

A good job in an audit firm, a boy friend Seenu (Kamal Kama Raju) and a dream to pursue; are all hers. But it is that dream (of singing for A.R. rehman) that gives her sleepless nights. To further her cause she joins as a singer (for a small band) in a hotel.

Not being a trained singer she lives by her wits and manages to live up to the demands of the guests who frequent the hotel. But one guest, a classical singer (an over the top performance by Vikram Gokhale) finds fault with her singing and chides her for lowering the quality of singing.

A hurt Swathi takes that remark as a challenge and approaches Rao to train her in the finer aspects of singing and music. From thereon the story is about how Shreya over comes the challenges and realizes her dream of singing with the music maestro.
