Teluguabbai (2013)

Arun (Tanish) and Bulan (Remya Nambeesan) are childhood friends. Arun is in love with a model Megha (Tashu Kaushik) and Bulan shares a nice rapport with both of them. Whenever the couple have tiffs, misunderstandings, Bulan sees to it that they patch up immediately and wants their relationship to work out. 

The director shows clarity in portraying Arun's character. He is forever wallowing in self pity, is an attention seeker and a real sissy, the reason is his mother has an extra-marital relationship and he feels lost and alone. Megha has apparently put up with him for 3 years but she too is exasperated with Arun's behaviour and tells him that she needs a baby sitter and not a girlfriend. Irritated with this possessive and obsessive boyfriend, she decides to marry her boss and moves to India.

Meanwhile Bulan takes Megha's place, the friends turn lovers and Megha returns. Obviously Bulan is hurt, humiliated as Arun's attention deviates. Whom does Arun marry finally, a friend or his ex-lover?
