The movie is based in a village called Veerayya Palem. Chanti(Nag Anvesh) is a careless youth who falls in love with his childhood friend Janaki(Kritika). One fine day, he reveals his love for her but to his shock, Janaki rejects him point blank.
This rejection causes a huge heart break for Chanti. Seeing his horrible condition, Chanti’s friends kidnap Janaki from her wedding which is fixed by her father Chowdary(Prakash Raj). What will Chanti do now ? How will he fix this tricky situation ? Will he win his love at the end ? That forms the rest of the story.

The film narrates the story of Sathish (Jai), who has just begun his career as a medical representative. But his archaic mobile phone is a constant source of embarrassment. When we first see him, he is waiting in a clinic to meet the doctor and the awkward conversations he has with two of his friends on the phone are heard by everyone around him. On the advice of his loudmouth friend, played by RJ Balaji, he tries to get an expensive mobile phone but can only afford a cheapskate "Korean set" as a replacement. With its blaring ringtone, the phone only lands him in even more trouble. His sister-in-law (Kasturi) uses the phone to scare her child into eating, his friends use it to make him the butt of their jokes and he is even threatened by a petty shop owner for using such a phone near his shop.

Wanting to put an end to this humiliation, Sathish steals an iPhone and starts flaunting it. However, his auto-driver brother's (Aruldoss) honesty forces him to introspect his action and the young man decides to return the phone to its actual owner. But that only lands him in trouble with another medical rep, Dhayalan (Ajay Raj), who is tracking the phone's mysterious owner to solve his personal problems.

Krishna (Balakrishna) is a guy who fights against injustice anywhere in the world. He is an NRI who is deeply attached to his family members. Krishna is deeply in love with Sneha (Sonal Chauhan) and he seeks his grandmother’s blessings for the wedding.

His grandmother is a very strict lady who does not want him to come to India. But Krishna decides to surprise her by paying her a visit with Sneha. With his penchant for saving people in trouble, Krishna soon ends up as the enemy of the powerful Jeethendra (Jagapathi Babu).

The movie enters into flashback mode when Jeethendra sees Krishna. There is an old rivalry involving Krishna’s family and Jai Dev( elder Balakrishna) enters the scene.

The rest of the story is all about Jai Dev’s fight against Jeethendra.

The movie starts off showcasing the Kota Pattanam and Kalingapuram dynasties. While Kota Pattanam is headed by Ugra Simha(Nasser), the Kalingapuram dynasty is ruled by Raja Mahendrudu(Jackie Shroff).

Kalinagapuram has a powerful army chief in Rana(Rajnikanth). The dynasty wins all the wars in his leadership, and one fine day time comes when both Kalingapuram and Kota Pattinam face head to head. When the actual time of war reckons, Rana secretly joins hands with Kota Pattanam dynasty and sends backs the Kalingapurm army.​

Hugely Upset with this, Rana is sacked from his post in Kalingapuram. When all this going on, Rana also decides to kill the king of Kota Pattanam whom he had just made friends.

In order to mend Balu’s ways, none other than Lord Yama enters the fray. He decides to travel to the USA and help out the kid. But even the great Yama fails to mend Balu and that is when he realises that Balu needs to fall in love to become a better person.

The Akkamma Goddess (Bhanu Priya) stays on eight hills, and all her powers are guarded by the certain evil powers called ‘Gharula Kota Shakthulu’.

Venu (Ashok Selvan) is a very good criminology student who is encouraged by his professor to take up a career as a field agent/detective. He gets a lucrative job offer from a detective agency based in Hyderabad and he immediately takes up the job.

For his first assignments, he investigates the lives of a construction engineer, a software professional and a corporate employee. With his clever skills and patient approach, Venu fulfils all his objectives. He is then given the responsibility of tracking a girl named Madhu (Janani Iyer).

Venu falls for Madhu and he tries to befriend her. After some apprehension, Madhu also reciprocates his love and a beautiful relationship starts. But their romance is short lived when a series of murders start taking place. All of Venu’s targets end up being killed in cold blood and Venu begins to suspect a conspiracy.

He tries to approach his employers but realises that he has no one to trust. Venu must race against time to nail the murderers and he must convince Inspector Raghuram (Jayaprakash) to help him in the matter.

How he succeeds in nabbing the culprits is the story.

Yevadu (2014)

Story begins with love birds Sathya (Allu Arjun) and Deepthi (Kajal Agarwal) chased by villain group of Dheeru Bhai (Rahul Bose). As they board a bus from Vizag to Hyderabad, goons attack to keep the bus on fire. While Deepthi is dead, Sathya is admitted in hospital in a critical condition with half of the face burnt. Fast forward by 10 months, doctor (Jayasudha) offers Sathya a new life and new face (Ramcharan) performing necessary surgeries. 

Escaped from hospital, Sathya is set on a mission to wipe out Dheeru Bhai and his batch executing the plan to perfection. Just before interval when Sathya thinks everybody behind Deepthi’s death is finished, suddenly a new clutch of goons headed by Dharma (Sai Kumar) begin to chase Sathya (Ramcharan). Who are they?

Here comes the flashback behind Sathya’s new face which actually belonged to Charan (Ramcharan), son of the same doctor (Jayasudha). There is as usual a college love story of Charan with Manju (Shruti Hasan) and his friends group (Sashank, Vennela Kishore etc). 

In tackling an illegal land encroachment, a fierce battle is induced between Dharma and Charan. As story proceeds on, Charan boards the same Vizag to Hyderabad bus which was boarded by Sathya (Allu Arjun). While Dharma’s men eliminate Charan, on the other side Dheeru Bhai’s batch fails to kill Sathya. To see her (Jayasudha) son come back to life, she transplants the dead Charan’s face to severely burnt Sathya’s face. What happened later on? Did Sathya complete the revenge of Charan on Dharma? What happened to Manju is rest.
