Surya (Mahesh Babu) is an extremely intelligent and
ambitious man who comes to Mumbai with a burning desire to become the
most powerful Mafia Don of the city. He comes in at a time when Mumbai
commissioner Bharadwaj (Nasser) proudly claims to have wiped out the
“Bhai’s” from the city. Surya sets about achieving his objectives in a
methodical and calculated manner by grabbing power from the grassroots
in a clever and innovative manner. He allies with a local politician Laloo (Shayaji Shinde) and helps him gain power.From then on starts Surya's rise as the most influential Don in India.
In the meantime, he is also in love with Chitra (Kajal), who happens to
be the daughter of Bharadwaj. Surya's meteoric rise is not taken easily
by opposing politicians(led by Prakash Raj) and they start scheming to
bring him down. Prakash Raj and Surya also share a past. What is it?
Will Surya realize his dreams? That is the story.
